Shipping

  • We ship worldwide via Fedex, UPS, DHL, and USPS. 
  • In-stock products are shipped out within 1-2 business days. 
  • Shipping Transit time is 1-7 business days (domestic), 10-14 business days (international)
  • Orders $150+, will require signature for delivery. International buyers are responsible for custom fees and taxes. Please contact our customer service at info@alizaza.org for any shipping damages within 24 hours of receiving

 

Refunds & Returns

  • Due to the nature of our high demand products, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  
  • If you received a defective order, please contact us immediately within 7 business days of delivery. Email: info@alizaza.org
  • We are not responsible for LOST, DAMAGE, STOLEN packages. Delivery issues claims must be reported immediately to our support team. Outcome of claims are determined by the shipping carrier and not ALIZAZA. In which ALIZAZA will not be held responsible in returning the value or monies to customer for any carrier issues that may arise, unless if customer purchased package insurance.
